Refund Policy

At Radiant Face Clinic, we understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed. To help us manage our time and offer the best service to all clients, we kindly ask you to follow the policy below:

  • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

  • Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable unless cancelled within the notice period.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments unless there is a genuine issue or reaction — please contact us immediately if you experience any problems.

  • Products (if sold) can only be returned if unopened, unused, and within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.
